Common Experiences

Is your brain a late-night overachiever, keeping you up with racing thoughts while your body begs for sleep?
Your brain is working overtime, but maybe it’s time to give it a break. Together, we’ll figure out what’s fueling those racing thoughts and how to quiet the noise. I’ll help you create practical strategies that work for your life, so you can finally get some sleep without a nightly pep talk from your ceiling fan.
Do you feel like there’s never enough time for yourself, and you’d trade your soul for just one quiet cup of coffee?
You don’t have to give up your soul—or your coffee. Therapy can help you carve out time for yourself without neglecting everything else. I’ll work with you to find small but meaningful ways to recharge, because burnout isn’t a badge of honor. Together, we’ll figure out how to give you a place on your own priority list.
Do you find yourself rehearsing what you wish you’d said or perhaps what you'd like to say?
Replay mode is exhausting. Venting to your friends (or your dog) only goes so far. Therapy allows you to unpack without judgment—and without anyone chiming in. Together, we’ll work on what’s beneath those lingering thoughts and how to find peace with what did or didn’t happen. You deserve to move forward without the mental reruns.
Are life’s curveballs—kids growing up, parents aging, big decisions—throwing you for a loop?
Transitions can feel like the emotional equivalent of being tossed in the deep end. Whether it’s the empty nest, shifting family dynamics, or a big decision, I can help you sort through the chaos. Together, we’ll untangle the emotions and figure out how to navigate this chapter with clarity and confidence. You don’t have to face it alone.
Have you lost touch with what makes you, you, outside of your daily grind?
You’re not lazy—you’re overwhelmed. Therapy with me isn’t about adding more to your plate; it’s about helping you figure out what truly matters and how to let go of the rest. With my solution-focused approach, we’ll identify where you can step off the treadmill, breathe, and still get things done.
Do you feel like you’re just "getting through" each day instead of actually living it?
Survival mode is no way to live. Therapy can help you reconnect with the things that bring joy and meaning to your life. I’ve helped so many women move from feeling stuck to rediscovering what makes life worth living. We’ll explore simple changes that can help you start feeling alive again.

About Me

I specialize in supporting women through life’s ups and downs, providing a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can feel truly heard. Together, we’ll explore strategies to help you find balance, heal, and grow. Whatever challenges you’re facing, I’m here to listen and walk alongside you on your journey toward greater peace and self-understanding.
A little about me: I’m a spouse, step-mom, and passionate rescuer of critters. As a military spouse, I had the unique opportunity to move frequently—stateside and overseas—which helped me to connect with people from all walks of life. Now that my spouse has retired, we’ve settled in one place, but those years of change shaped my open-minded and adaptable approach to life and work.
My focus is on helping women navigate anxiety, trauma, financial stress, grief, pet loss, divorce, family estrangements, and adult-child/parent struggles. Whether you’re adjusting to life-stage changes or feeling overwhelmed, I want you to know you don’t have to face it alone. Let’s work together to find the next step on your wellness journey.
